For general facial massage,

- Flu or symptoms with cough, fever, runny nose, and sore throat

- Open wound 

- Rashes and fungal infection

- Sunburn

- Cold Sore or Herpes Simplex(needs to wait 2 weeks after healed)

- Any contagious diseases

- Botox or Filler(wait for 2 weeks)

For Jet Plasma,

• Cancer or cancerous lesions 

• Cold Sores or herpes simplex

• Contact Lenses(Possible to do, but MUST remove before treatment)

• Latex Sensitivity / Allergy

• Epilepsy (must be compliant with medications and no seizure with the past 2 years)

• Botox or injectable fillers in 2 weeks 

• Laser Resurfacing in 4 weeks

• Pregnant or think you might be pregnant

• Plasma Pen Skin Tightening Treatment within 8 weeks 

• Cosmetic Surgery within 12 months

• Pacemaker / Implanted Neuro Stimulator

• Implanted slow medication release device

• Hypersensitive

• Autoimmune or Immunodeficiency Disease 

For Chemical Peeling,

• Use of Accutane or isotretinoin in the last 12 months 

• Active herpes simplex (cold sores)

• Facial Warts

• Skin Sensitivity

• If you are now pregnant, think you might be pregnant, or are trying to become pregnant

• If you form keloid or hypertrophic scars

• If you have a history of sun allergies

• Prior bad reaction to a peel

• Recent radiation treatment for cancer

• Sun burn or significant sun exposure in the last 2 weeks

• Facial Surgery or cryosurgery within 6 months 

• Allergic to Resorcinol or Used tretinoin, Retin-A®, Differin®, Tazorac®, Avage®, EpiDuo®, or  Ziana®

• Allergic to salicylic acids or Aspirin

• Blood vessel disease

• Diabetes

• Inflammation, irritation or infection of the skin

•  Autoimmune Disease or Immunodeficiency Disorders (HIV/AIDS)

• Varicella (chicken pox)

• Kidney or Liver disease

• Pacemaker/Any implanted devices- severe burning sensation may trigger the machine 

For cosmetic needling,

· Scleroderma(Skin Tightness Caused By Swelling, Inflammation)

· Collagen Vascular Disease, Or Cardiac Abnormalities

· Rosacea

· Blood Clotting Problems

· Platelet Abnormalities

· Anticoagulation Therapy (I.E.: Warfarin)

· Blood Thinning Medication

· Skin Cancer Or Cancerous Lesion

· Past and Present Chemotherapy

· Steroid Therapy

· Dermatological Diseases Affecting The Face

· Diabetes and Other Chronic Conditions

· Any Vaccination In 2 Weeks

· Cold   Sore or Herpes Simplex

· Immunodeficiency Diseases

· Active Bacterial Or Fungal Infections

· Immune-Suppression

· Scars Less Than 6 Months Old

· Facial Fillers Or Botox In The Past 2-4 Weeks

· Pregnant or Nursing

· Keloid or Raised Scarring

· Eczema or Dermatitis 

· autoimmune disease such as lupus

· Any other Skin Diseases or critical health condition

- Most of the treatment take approximately 60-90 mins.

- Yes, you can, but we prefer to come without wearing makeup.

We understand that sometimes things are not going as planned. However, due to the next appointment, we CANNOT provide the service if the client is late for 15 minutes or more. In this case, we can reschedule the appointment.

If the client is late for 3 times, we have right to cancel the service without refund.

Deposit is NOT refundable for any reason, but please contact us if you need any help or concern.

For membership customers, membership is NOT refundable or transferable. Membership MUST be used within 12 months from the purchase date. For no-show or late arrival, one of the sessions will be deducted without the service.

Clients can cancel or reschedule their appoinment before 24 hours of their appointment. Please text to Gina at 951-973-4581.

We accept cash or card payment methods. We DO NOT accept checks or American Express.

When the esthetician provides the service, she may not be able to answer the phone.
