All clients MUST be at least 12 years old and older.
Parents or guardians MUST sign on the documentation for minors, age 18 and under.
Clients MUST pay the deposit when you make your appointments.
Deposit is NOT refundable for any reason, but please contact us if you need any help.
Please make an appointment at least 24 hours prior time.
All clients MUST read carefully the CONTRAINDICATIONS for each service on my website at F&Q page before you make an appointment.
Glam Skin DOES NOT use any external machinery or products other than the products or machines are at the facility.
Glam Skin DOES NOT cure the skin conditions. We do only care of clients’ skin.
Glam Skin is not responsible for the results that does not meet client’s expectation.
All results may vary due to lifestyle, skin conditions, health, food, environment, post-care, products, and the number of treatment. For the best results, continuous care or series of treatment is recommended.
All new clients will be required to complete an intake form to let esthetician know about any medical conditions and medications used. If you are not sure about your health condition, your physician’s letter will be required for clarification.
New clients should arrive at the facility 10 minutes prior to your appointment to fill up intake form.
We understand that sometimes things are not going as planned. However, due to the next appointment, we CANNOT provide the service if the client is late for 15 minutes or more. In this case, we can reschedule the appointment.
If the client is late for 3 times, we have right to cancel the service without refund.
For membership customers, membership is NOT refundable or transferable.
Membership MUST be used within 12 months from the purchase date.
For no-show, same day cancelling, or late arrival, one of the sessions will be deducted without the service. Please respect your esthetician’s time.
Clients can cancel or reschedule their appointment before 24 hours of your appointment. If you have any concerns, please text to Gina at 951-973-4581.
If you are feeling sick or have symptoms of sickness such as sneezing, runny nose, fever, or cough on the day of your appointment, please contact to Gina and reschedule your appointment after 2 weeks.
Gratuities are not included in any of the services and are at your discretion. Never asked but will be very appreciated.
All prices are subject to change without notice. Skin services reserves the right to refuse services to anyone at my discretion.
